This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases, subscriptions, digital products, software licenses, services, memberships, consultations, merchant services, and any other products or services offered through Earnmet ("Earnmet," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise obtaining any product or service through the Earnmet platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Earnmet platform.
1. GENERAL POLICY
Earnmet primarily provides digital products, software solutions, subscription-based services, technology services, merchant services, consulting services, and other electronically delivered offerings.
Due to the nature of these products and services, all purchases made through the Earnmet platform are considered final upon successful completion of the order and payment process.
Users are encouraged to carefully review all product descriptions, service details, pricing information, subscription plans, features, limitations, eligibility requirements, and technical specifications before placing an order.
By proceeding with a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have independently evaluated the suitability of the product or service for their intended use.
2. NO CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
This policy applies regardless of whether the purchased item consists of:
- Digital products;
- Software licenses;
- Subscription services;
- Professional services;
- Consulting services;
- Merchant onboarding services;
- Business solutions;
- Platform access;
- Downloadable content;
- API services; or
- Any other product or service offered by Earnmet.
Users acknowledge and agree that Earnmet begins allocating resources, processing requests, provisioning access, reserving system capacity, initiating service delivery, or otherwise preparing fulfillment immediately after an order is placed.
Accordingly, cancellation requests submitted after order confirmation shall not be accepted.
3. NO REFUND POLICY
Except where required by applicable law, all payments made to Earnmet are non-refundable.
Once payment has been successfully processed, users shall not be entitled to receive a refund, whether partial or full, for any reason including but not limited to:
- Change of mind;
- Accidental purchase;
- Lack of usage;
- Failure to utilize purchased features;
- Dissatisfaction with personal expectations;
- Business circumstances;
- Financial difficulties;
- Incorrect purchase decisions;
- User misunderstanding of product functionality;
- Failure to read product descriptions;
- Incompatibility with third-party systems;
- Closure of user accounts due to policy violations
The user expressly acknowledges and agrees that all purchases are made voluntarily and with full understanding of this Policy.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND ELECTRONIC DELIVERABLES
Digital products are deemed delivered immediately upon any of the following events:
- Product download becomes available;
- Access credentials are issued;
- Digital content is unlocked;
- Subscription access is activated;
- API credentials are generated;
- Service provisioning begins;
- Product access is granted through the platform.
Once delivery has commenced, the purchase becomes irrevocable and non-refundable.
The inability or failure of a user to access, download, utilize, configure, implement, or understand a digital product does not create a right to cancellation or refund.
5. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Where Earnmet offers subscription-based services, subscriptions remain active for the duration of the purchased billing cycle.
Users may discontinue future renewals in accordance with applicable subscription settings; however, cancellation of a subscription shall not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.
Any fees already paid for active subscription periods shall remain non-refundable.
Termination of platform access, voluntary account closure, or discontinuation of service usage during a subscription period shall not result in a refund.
6. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND CONSULTING SERVICES
For consulting services, implementation services, development services, onboarding services, training services, technical assistance, or other professional engagements, service delivery may begin immediately after order confirmation.
Once work has commenced, resources have been allocated, personnel have been assigned, meetings have been scheduled, consultations have occurred, or preparation activities have begun, no refund or cancellation shall be available.
7. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Earnmet may, at its sole and absolute discretion, review exceptional cases involving:
- Duplicate transactions;
- Technical billing errors;
- Unauthorized transactions verified through investigation;
- Payment processing errors attributable solely to Earnmet.
Any review conducted by Earnmet shall not create an obligation to issue a refund and shall not establish a precedent for future claims.
The decision of Earnmet regarding such matters shall be final and binding.
8. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Users agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, payment disputes, or similar actions without first contacting Earnmet and providing a reasonable opportunity to investigate the matter.
Where a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this Policy, Earnmet reserves the right to:
- Suspend the user's account;
- Restrict access to Services;
- Recover outstanding amounts;
- Contest the chargeback with supporting evidence;
- Pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.
Earnmet reserves all rights to recover costs incurred in connection with unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.
9. REGULATORY OR LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
Nothing in this Policy shall limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Where a refund is required by law, regulatory order, court order, governmental directive, or legally binding obligation, Earnmet shall process such refund in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
10. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Earnmet reserves the right to modify, amend, replace, or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes become effective upon publication on the Earnmet platform unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Services following publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
